How Can You Love Your Way Through?
Is it only the choice of diving into the dark or burying your head in the sand?
When the world is full of turmoil, when everywhere you look seems chaotic and even heart-breaking, how do you stop yourself from giving away to despair?
Can you in all consciousness, resonate with light when there’s so much dark?
In conversations about positivity, that’s often referred to as “putting your head in the sand”, however in my experience, it can often be the harder choice.
While I’m the first in line to find positive focus, the angle that gives the deepest relief or the story that offers the most hope, I want you to know that I’m also not a happy face sticker-er.
I don’t pretend things are fine, when I know they aren’t.
The razor’s edge of aligning to light, living heart centered and integral to your soul’s path, while walking through the world is a delicate balance.
You don’t want to give all your attention to the dark, as it leads to drowning in it, resonating with it and even adding to it.
However, closing your eyes to the world around you can create an echo chamber where you end up only hearing your own voice.
You have come here to be human, to shine your soul-light into the dark.
Hence, the razor’s edge.
Recently, I heard Danielle Laporte talk about “Loving Your Way Through…”
And it lit me up, like a torch on that razor’s edge path.
In times of chaos… ask yourself…
“How Can I Love My Way Through?”
Because, we each came to this life at this time, to be a light in the dark.
I’ve been giving this a lot of thought lately, especially since there’s so much going on in our world, which I blatantly see affecting my clients and community and I want to be present for them as much as possible.
I was feeling challenged in that balance, but as always, the Universe provides solutions when we ask.
Last week I was invited to be an ambassador for Danielle Laporte to share about her new Heart Centred Planner and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
I attended a launch meeting and heard her phrase How Can I Love My Way Through, for the first time.
I then got a preview sample of the planner and it was like dawn to my soul…
It really can support you through showing up as light even in the chaos.
I highly recommend this process. It’s like a self development book, calendar and inner deep dive, to make sure you bring your heart and soul-light into every day’s plans. It’s 5D living, it unravels the mysteries of retrogrades and moon cycles, while making sure your nervous system is regulated and your mental energetic world is in alignment with nourishing thoughts. It’s every day wholeness, which is what we all need.
Go get yours here, but make sure you use my code CHRISTINALOVE10 to get 10% off, and then email me a copy of your receipt to christina@spirituallyawareliving.com, because I’ve got a special bonus that will support you through setting this all up over the month of November! I’ll be taking you through the processes so they become strong habits before your planner arrives!
Here’s the thing: a candle shines brightest in the darkest of nights.
And, when you are observing its radiant light, the dark doesn’t feel quite as strong.
But you need tools, focuses and ANCHORS to keep your light burning bright.
Each of us has an inner light.
Your soul, your heart voice, your spiritual essence. It is eternal and made of love.
Each of us came to this planet at this time. In fact, frustratingly so, you came here to experience EXACTLY what you are experiencing at this moment.
(I know, I question my pre-life choices sometimes.)
Where attention goes, Energy flows.
So while you don’t have to watch the news to know that there’s suffering…
you can still send love, prayers and intention where you know it’s needed.
Just as you don’t have to spiral on a doom scroll through social media…
so too you can focus on kindness and connect with each neighbor, passerby and grocery store worker with compassion.
You don’t have to go down the hole to support someone in it…
rather you can look for the ladder to help them out, or extend your hand to pull.
Even if I may sometimes question why I came at this time of such chaos, in my deepest connected moments I know it’s so that I can learn how to shine my light the strongest way possible so there’s less dark in the world.
You can’t get swallowed up in the dark, even if it feels like a vacuum.
Rather, go within, ground, breathe deep… and let yourself be washed over with love.
So then, it can flow through you…
Then simply ask yourself, your heart, your guides, your source…
How can I Love My Way Through?
Let love shine. Let Compassion prevail. Let your heart lead.
